Scouts have a special connection with St George. Baden-Powell chose St George to be the patron saint of Scouts, for it is a time when we can reflect and renew our Scout Promise and what it means to be a Scout.

This week Beavers programme was all about St George. We made our own coat of arms, decorated cardboard swords and ready to train as a knight. Our dragon created by our own Gandalf, set up in the field ready for our game,

Beavers had to knock off balls on chairs to test their skills before taking on the dragon! An action-packed night!
