As a volunteer in Scouting, it doesn’t matter how much you do or don’t know when you first walk through the door. We have so many ways to share what we know, learn something new and build skills for life.
This weekend many of our leaders and adult support either refreshed their skills or learned them for the very first time as we all undertook our first aid training. I’ve been Scoutings since I was 8 years old and leader for over 30 years, but I still learn something new.
