Scout Six Summits, Challenge CompletedBefore the update, if our Scouts have inspired you and you wish to congratulate them, please if you haven't already sponsored them ❤️www.justgiving.com/campaign/wosixsummitsOur Scout team has finished after months of training, supported by our volunteers and other Scouts from the troop who are too young for this year's event. Having walked this myself and supported it year after year, it is a true challenge for anyone. In our world of technology, something as simple as three days and 36+ miles doesn't get any easier.Our Scouts have experienced their own personal challenges during the walk, such as sore feet and aches, not enough sleep, and making sure mapwork is good so they don't walk additional miles. The event and walk will always be with them. I want to thank the Scouts, Volunteers who made this happen, Parents and those who kindly donated to Water Orton Scouts.
