- If you have symptoms of COVID-19, do not return until the isolation period has ended, plus 1 day.
- Anyone in your household is told to isolate, do not return until the isolation period has ended, plus 1 day.
- The school has sent your young person home due to a COVID-19 incident, do not return until the isolation period has ended, plus 1 day.
- Felt unwell for the past last 5 full days, and miss this session.
- A young person or anyone in the household has been advised to shield due to a medical condition.

OnlineScoutManager (OSM) is used as the primary communication platform for Scout Group. We use OSM to send out emails with a link to attend sessions during the Amber or below state for Scouting.
Please make sure…
- Check your email for sessions; sometimes, these emails may be in your spam folder.
- Update OSM via email link accepting your young person is attending a minimum of 48hrs before each session. This accepts you have read our COVID-19 Risk Assessment and in turn, follow this process.
- Ensure you keep your Young Person details up to date

Please make sure your young person has…
- Suitable clothes for activity and weather, as young people will be outside for the session.
- Please bring a water bottle with your young person name on it.
- Bag to put anything they bring.
- Please use the toilet before travelling to Scout HQ.
- SCOUTS: Must have a suitable face covering. This includes anyone over the age of 10 years attending Scout Session.
